Payments

Cash Payments

  • Unfortunately we do not accept cash payments.

Card Payments

  • We accept card payments for:

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your order but if you would like to return an item, its easy. You have 30 days from when you ordered to notify us if you wish to return your item.

Please return all items in the condition they arrived and in their original packaging. Do not dispose of any item even if it's faulty.

Please get in touch by emailing me at scentsbymrp@gmail.com with details of your item and the reason for your return. Returns are paid for by yourself, this will be reimbursed for damaged or faulty goods.

We will confirm by email once we have your returned item and your refund has been processed. Please keep proof of postage until you have received your refund.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 business days however during busy periods this may increase.
